Today, we're introducing a new member of the ALCOM aluminum trailer lineup: the XLT Pro Series!
The XLT Pro Series cargo trailers are available in 6' or 7' wide, with our signature all-welded, all-aluminum construction and integrated frame design with a one-piece aluminum roof. With V-nose construction, every XLT Pro Series trailer has a diamond plate stone guard that deflects rocks, salt and other road debris to protect your trailer's aluminum skin.
A few key differences between the 6' and 7' wide XLT Pro enclosed cargo trailers: a 6' XLT Pro has a 12" stone guard and 5/8" water resistant decking, while the 7' has a 24" stone guard and 3/4" water resistant decking. 6' wide XLT Pro trailers are available in 10' to 12' long, with single and tandem axle options, while the 7' wide is available in 14' and 16' long tandem axle trailers.
For a trailer with a spring-assisted rear ramp door, choose the XLT Pro models; for a trailer with double barn doors and stowable ramps, choose the XLT-BD Pro models. Don't forget to choose your favorite aluminum skin color, too -- like indigo blue, safety orange, or classic black. Each trailer has two plastic Salem vents to keep fresh air flowing through the trailer box on the road, an interior dome light, interior cove trim, and exterior LED lights, including slimline stop, turn and tail lights and an LED ID marker light bar over the rear door(s).
Once your XLT Pro series cargo trailer arrives, you can load it up with any cargo or gear you need, or take a little extra time and customize the interior with DIY shelving, tie-downs, and more!
If your spring plans include a car show or an RV camping trip, maybe you don't need a cargo trailer, but a full-blown car hauler! Level up and look at the XLT Pro Car Hauler -- but don't worry, you can still move your motorcycle or that new couch in this trailer, too. It has the same all-welded, all-aluminum construction as its cargo cousins, but this larger, heavier trailer is 8.5' wide and available in 20' or 24' length. It also features a beavertail design to make loading low-clearance vehicles worry-free. With a side access door, you can step into the trailer at a rest stop, check on your car, or grab some gear.
To load up, open the spring-assisted rear ramp door and drive right into the XLT Pro car hauler. Your vehicle is easily secured with four (4) heavy-duty 5,000-lb. recessed D-rings pre-installed in the water resistant decking. The trailer also includes a dome light, 24" stone guard, Salem vents, exterior LED lighting, and of course -- your choice of exterior aluminum skin color. Don't forget: ALCOM's signature bonded, screwless side panels are a perfect blank canvas if you want to create a custom wrap, decal or mural to personalize your trailer even more.
